Fendi X Jackson Wang

The Fendi X Jackson Wang Capsule Collection has just dropped fusing c-pop street culture with the rich heritage and design prevalence of Fendi. The duo has co-designed a range of luxurious pieces that perfectly captures the current logomania trend within the luxury sector with a modern twist on the monochromatic style.

The collection features a range of ready-to-wear, bags, shoes and accessories, all covered with the brand’s signature FF logo. All-black velvet and chenille is a common theme throughout the capsule collection, highlighted by a bespoke golden ‘Fendi Team Wang’ logo, solidifying the collaboration’s spotlight. Some of my favourite pieces from the collection include the bomber jacket, t-shirt, baseball cap, trainers, mask and the limited edition version of their newly debuted Baguette bag.

The increasing prominent Chinese singer and songwriter, Jackson Wang 王嘉爾, is currently a member of the K-pop boy band, Got7. Wang’s reputation and popularity across East Asia led to his position as brand ambassador for Fendi in China, to now designing a capsule collection with the luxury house bringing fashion and music together with his minimalistic ensemble.
